- In a pot, take the birria, the consomme and add in beef broth. Depending on whether you are using freshly made birria or leftover birria, reheat accordingly. You'll want the consistency of the birria in the pot to resemble soup, so it should be very brothy. Adjust to your liking by adding beef broth. Taste and adjust for salt. Set aside.
- In a separate pot, add water and heat to a boil for the ramen noodles.
- Once the water is boiling, add in noodles and cook for around 3 minutes.
- Remove noodles from the water and into a deep sided bowl.
- Take a ladle and pour in birria contents into the bowl with the noodles.
- Top with diced onions and cilantro, and a lime wedge.
- enjoy immediately.
