birria ramen

“Birria ramen is a culinary masterpiece that brilliantly combines the rich and robust flavors of Mexican birria with the comforting and heartwarming essence of Japanese ramen. It's a perfect fusion of cultures and flavors that just work so harmoniously together.

Birria itself is so versitile and making 1 batch of Birria can transform itself into various other dishes.

With Birria ramen, the juicy shredded meat, traditionally from goat or beef, mixes with flavorful broth and ramen noodles, creating a delicious blend of tastes and textures. The birria’s spices and herbs enrich the fragrant broth, making it even more delicious. The smooth ramen noodles blend with the juicy meat, and the cilantro, onion, and lime give a fresh kick to each bite.

Birria ramen is special because it combines two different cultures to make something great. The mix of Mexican and Japanese just make sense and work extremely well together.

Instructions

  1. In a pot, take the birria, the consomme and add in beef broth. Depending on whether you are using freshly made birria or leftover birria, reheat accordingly. You'll want the consistency of the birria in the pot to resemble soup, so it should be very brothy. Adjust to your liking by adding beef broth. Taste and adjust for salt. Set aside.
  2. In a separate pot, add water and heat to a boil for the ramen noodles.
  3. Once the water is boiling, add in noodles and cook for around 3 minutes.
  4. Remove noodles from the water and into a deep sided bowl.
  5. Take a ladle and pour in birria contents into the bowl with the noodles.
  6. Top with diced onions and cilantro, and a lime wedge.
  7. enjoy immediately.
