mezcal sour

“A whiskey sour is a classic cocktail that combines whiskey, lemon juice, and simple syrup.

It is typically served in a chilled glass and garnished with a slice of lemon or a cherry. The drink is known for its balanced combination of sweet, sour, and strong flavors, making it a popular choice for those who enjoy whiskey-based cocktails.

I really love whiskey sours. The bitters give it a golden color, the lemon makes it tangy, and the egg white adds a frothy texture. It's a refreshing and light drink that I enjoy year-round. It's like the ideal summer cocktail for me..

Here is my take on the whiskey sour, using my favorite spirit, mezcal.
