hierloom tomato toast with burrata

Ingredients
heirloom tomato,1, sliced as rounds, 1/4 in thick
olive oil, for garnish
burrata, 2oz
lemon juice, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste
sourdough slices
Instructions
take the tomato and slice it into 1/4 inch thick rounds and set on a plate or mixing bowl.
season the tomatoes with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. let the mixture marinate the tomatoes for 5 minutes. set aside.
while the tomatoes sit in the marinade mixture, take a medium sized pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil and toast the sourdough.
once the sourdough has finished toasting, place on a plate and let cool for a few minutes.
once cooled, take tomato slices on sourdough and season with more salt and pepper if necessary.
add burrata on top of each slice. season the burrata with a pinch of salt and pepper.
finish with a drizzle of olive oil.
